Principal and Licensee

 

Christine Nesbit is the Principal and Licensee of the business. Christine has worked in the Real Estate industry since 1976. Christine is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent, Strata Management Agent and Accredited Auctioneer. Christine managed the business from 2001 to 2003.  In July 2003 Christine purchased the business and has continued to grow the business into a very viable organisation.

 

 

Front Office Management

 

Wendy Ball is our Front Office Manager. Wendy will always greet you with a smile and offer you helpful and professional service and ensure that all your real estate needs are attended to. Wendy takes care of our front of house administration.

 

 

Strata Management

 

Miranda Nesbit is our Strata Administration Manager who takes care of the Strata Management administration. Miranda is very well experienced in all facets of Strata Management and Rental Management. Miranda has been a vital part of our business success and will always greet you with a smile and offer you helpful and professional service.

 

Rental Management

 

Paul Jefferson is our property manager. Paul will work hard to rent and manage your property and offer excellent service at all times.

Paul has local experience with a good history of business and professional service.

 

 

 Web Master

 
Paul Nesbit is the Web Master who keeps our systems operational. Paul has extensive knowledge and qualifications in Information Technology systems management, data base and web design.
